Great gifts deserve a safe journey! We carefully prepare and package every order to help it arrive looking its best.

UK Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Our delivery options are:

• Standard Delivery — £4.99: Estimated 3–5 business days in transit.
• Express Delivery — £6.99: Estimated 1–2 business days in transit.

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing Times

Many of our products are individually decorated or made to order.

Ready-made items are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Personalised or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time. Any specific processing times will be stated in the product listing or confirmed when ordering.

Express delivery speeds up shipping after dispatch; it does not automatically speed up the time needed to create your order.

Packaging

We carefully package our lockboxes, jars and gifts to protect them during delivery.

Fragile items are wrapped appropriately, and suitable protective packaging is used wherever necessary.

We may reuse clean, suitable packaging materials to reduce unnecessary waste.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, delivery details will be provided after dispatch.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Delivery estimates can occasionally be affected by courier delays, severe weather or busy periods.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate any delivery problems and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Photographs of the item and packaging are helpful when investigating damage.

We will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.

International Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

International shipping may become available in the future.
